The internal hämorrhoiden is exhibiting rectal bleeding, when there is irritation and often there is absence of pain when it bleeds, whereas the external hemorrhoids are causing pain and there is absence of bleeding. When the internal hemorrhoids remain untreated there can be occurrence of two very severe kinds of hemorrhoids i.e. prolapsed and strangulated. The prolapsed hemorrhoids reflect great distension to the extent it gets prolapsed outside the anus causing spasm of the anal sphincter and the condition is very painful requires help of the surgeon to push it inside.
